Apply Now The Education Ministry of the State has launched a recruitment drive for teachers, medical and school assistants in various government schools across the country for posts available in various ministries. It is an online portal where applicants can apply to fill up to 2,000 vacancies. Educators will now have three options while applying to these posts which they can follow as follows- Educator/Teacher – 1,000 Vacancy Educational Assistant (EA) – 250 Vacancy(s) Registered Nurse – 500 Vacancy(s) Registered Midwife– 100 Vacancy(s) The list contains a total of 21,000 vacancies, including 4100 vacant seats for teacher posts. To be eligible candidates should complete two years of education at one school to qualify for this position. Similarly, students who had completed graduation with any other grade are also required to have passed class 12th or equivalent from Class 11th. Apart from that, candidates must possess valid passport numbers issued by the Union Educational Council, National Testing Agency, Central Examinations Authority or ICSE, or their Aadhaar Numbers (if applicable). The age limit however does not exceed 45 years of age. Educator/Teacher Post: Candidates having a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Teacher (B.sc./ B.E.), Senior Secondary Teachers Exam with more than 50% marks or Master’s Degree with less than 50% marks in English Medium Examination conducted by NTA would become suitable to apply for this post. However, candidates with Diploma in Professional Psychology (B.Sc./ B.E.) and Diploma In Child Development or MLC Examination by JEE (Class 10+2) or NEET (Class 12/GCE) would be preferred over those with a master’ Degree but with insufficiently many subjects. Those having either SSC or GCE without HSC/GSSC could also apply provided their age limit doesn’t exceed 30 years. The post of Literacy Specialist would also remain open for students having Class 9th or earlier (with a minimum of 60% marks in the subject), however, it would require a minimum of 3 years of experience to become eligible for such. Educational Assistant Post: Applicants having a Class 12 pass or equivalent would only need to take admission exams like UPTAT or TETAT. They will also have to furnish certificates of good conduct in the school and at least four certificates of acceptance to all programs taken and cleared in class XII with A’s or B’s. Apart from that, the candidate will also have to submit a copy of his passport along with self-attested copies of his or her Aadhar Card. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview by December 10, 2021. Registered Nurses / Midwives Registered Nursing Post: This role is reserved for women belonging to SC, ST & OBC groups who wish to pursue a career in nursing. Also, candidates having a Diploma in Physiology & Biomedical Sciences, Diploma in Orthopedics & Allied Health Professions, Diploma in Forensic Medicine & Forensic Surgery, or Diploma in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation would be given preference. Based on successful completion of pre-medical examination by March 31 and graduation by August 31 in 2020 with an average GPA of 3.9, candidates from both Hindu and Christian faith would be given a fair chance. Registered Midwife Post: Only short-listed candidates having a Doctorate with a minimum of 55 percent marks in English Medium Examination, SSC/GSSC/HSC/GSSC, or Class XII exam by February 1st would be given a ticket. As per eligibility criteria, registered midwives would be chosen based on a Class X pass with 75 percent marks. Whereas, candidates who have not qualified for Class XI or II exams or are carrying out Ph.D. programs in Science or Mathematics would get a ticket for Registered Mini-Mes Deo. The maximum age limit is 40 years for mini-mes and 35 years for full-fledged midwife posts. So anyone younger than 15 years but who already holds any teaching, research, or administrative appointment (such as Director of Research, Professor, etc) would be able to apply for this post. Additionally to them having the qualifications mentioned above, candidates should also display relevant work experience and experience in the field of child development, psychology, social welfare, community health and public health, home and disaster preparedness and management, etc to become eligible.
